No CapCut page retrieved on 10 October 2026 dates when free effects, captions or slow motion moved to Pro, so those complaints rest on user reports.

What a credit costs on each plan
Price per credit is list price divided by monthly credits (19.99 ÷ 1,200; 79 ÷ 8,645; 12.49 ÷ 1,200), our calculation from figures dated 10 October 2026. Ultra lists 7.2 times Pro’s credits for 3.95 times the price. No CapCut page retrieved gives Pro’s earlier price, so no before-and-after comparison exists; see CapCut Pro’s dated price history.
